Q. When did B2D open? A. B2D was officially started on November 8, 2013, but it took a couple days to get set up.
Q. I need staff help; when will I get it? A. Usually you will get your staff help pretty soon, as River is usually on daily. In some cases you may have to wait, although you may start begging if it gets to more than two days.
Q. Is there a site-wide plot? A. Not at the moment! All plots are member-driven, which is part of the reason why there's a "background" and not a "plot" in the information board.
Q. What do you mean by "advanced"? A. An advanced roleplayer is usually one who's been doing it for a while and has proper spelling and grammar, as well as can make 300-word posts and understands basic roleplaying rules.
Q. So you don't allow new roleplayers at all? A. If they think they can handle it, they're more than welcome to join and we'll lend a hand. It's just recommended that they start elsewhere so they aren't overwhelmed.
Q. What are the numbers underneath posts? A. They are "carcasses", B2D's version of currency. You can spend them in the official shop to get cool things like colored names and demi-wolves.
Q. How do you get carcasses? A. Well, you get three for every post you make in most categories (the OOC boards are excluded), ten for every site you advertise on, and however many you win in a contest.
Q. So what type of things aren't allowed? A. Powerplaying (using another roleplayer's character), godmodding (having a character who knows or does more than they should be physically capable of), graphic mating (ProBoards is PG-13; if you will mate, please fade to black), having more than five characters without an extra slot purchase, and anything else unrealistic.
Q. What potentially controversial things are allowed? A. Self-mates (where two of your characters have puppies, as long as there's a breeding thread), purebreds (as long as their history stacks up), and partial or full wild dogs as long as you have the proof of a purchase.
Q. But I still have questions! A. Post them in the questions board and a staff member will answer all your questions!
